We
are pleased to have Schwan's
Foods as our food fund-raising partner. If
you are familiar with Schwan's Home Delivery,
you are already aware of the quality and variety of items to choose from.
Our partnership with Schwan's provides you with a selection
of over 350 delicious quality
food items. There is no markup on any products. Pre-orders are
pre-packed so pickup is fast and easy. Your order stays frozen on the
truck until you put it in your trunk. If you forget to pre-order, the
truck is filled with a variety of items you can purchase on the spot (not
every catalog item may be available for on-the-spot sales). Gift
certificates are also available by calling 1-888-SCHWANS.
(Please note: Home delivery is not included in our program unless you
use Gift Certificates. See ordering method #3 below.) The
best news is that a portion of each sale (up to 20%!) is returned directly
to our school and is used to to fund curriculum programs and classroom enhancements.

IMPORTANT:
Whenever you place an order, always use the Campaign
I.D. Number to make sure
your
order is credited to the school account and your order is delivered to the correct
location.
Orders
can be placed in any of these convenient ways:

1.
Pre-order online at Schwansfundraising.com.
Browse
the online catalog and select the items you want to order. Ordering
is a breeze and you don't have to pay for your order until you pick
it up on sale day. (If you already have Schwan's delivered to
your home or business, see #3 below.)

2.
Pre-order using the full color catalogs and paper order forms found
in the kiosk in the church narthex.
Catalogs are available for your convenience. Order forms
are also available. Paper orders must be returned to the kiosk
no later than noon on the Wednesday before the sale. Or, if you'd
like, you can place your order by phone. Call Schwan's toll free
at 1-888-SCHWANS and select
option #4. (If you already have Schwan's delivered to your home
or business, see #3 below.) |
3.
Use a Schwan's Gift Certificate.
You
can order a Schwan's Gift Certificate by calling 1-888-SCHWANS.
If you normally have Schwan's delivered to your home or business, you
can use the certificates to order items from your regular Schwan's Home
Delivery driver. School will benefit from your purchase of the
gift certificate, and you won't be leaving your regular salesman "out
in the cold". Certificates can also be purchased on the day
of the sale.

4.
Place
and pick up your order directly from the driver on sale day.
Forget to
pre-order? No problem. Just stop by the truck on pick-up
day and order off of the truck. (Please note that if items are
not pre-ordered the driver cannot guarantee that he will have all of
your selections in stock.) |
